2Account Eligibility

3Registration & Account

6Game Rules

7Football & Sports Betting

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except through the Cash Out function (where available) before the match begins or within the designated time limit for in-play betting.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled before the minimum required time has elapsed, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the applicable odds for that bet. Any change in odds after confirmation will not affect bets that have already been placed.

Players found to be exploiting any odds imbalances, using automated software, or colluding with others to gain an unfair advantage in Sports Betting will be subject to action as provided under Section 9.

• All jackpot winnings are subject to system verification and may take up to 10 minutes to be credited to your account once verification is complete.
• For jackpot wins exceeding RM50,000, Slot25 reserves the right to request additional KYC verification before crediting the winnings.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the platform Slot25 and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.

10Account Closure & Suspension

• Requests from relevant authorities.
